摘要
通过对800H高温合金固溶处理后的试样分别进行拉伸试验和冲击试验,分析了试样断口的宏观情况,研究了不同固溶参数对800H高温合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,固溶温度对该高温合金力学性能的影响高于保温时间。
By performing the tensile test and the impact test with the test specimens of 800H superalloy after the sQ.lution treatment, the macro appearance of fracture surface of specimens has been analyzed, and the influence of dif- ferent solution parameters on the mechanical properties of 800H superalloy has been studied. The results show that the influence of solution temperature on the mechanical properties of this superalloy is more than that of holding time.
