摘要 我公司在生产34CrNi3MoV锻件时冒口端环裂严重,对此缺陷进行了解剖分析。经分析,电渣钢锭熔速过快是造成锻件环裂的重要原因。后期采取提高填充比、降低熔速后,无环状裂纹产生,大大提高了锻件合格率。 There were serious ring cracks on the riser end of 34CrNi3MoV forgings in our company, and the de- fects have been performed dissecting analysis. It is found that the fast melting velocity of ESR ingot is the important reason for the ring cracks of forging. In later period, the ring cracks havent occurred by improving the filling ratio and decreasing the melting velocity, which largely increase the qualification rate of forgings.
