2016年云南先后发生了低温冷冻雪灾、泥石流、地震、洪涝等一系列自然灾害;主要呈现以下特点:总体灾情较近年偏轻;灾害影响范围广,昭通、楚雄两地灾害损失突出;灾害频发,多地重复受灾,因灾造成死亡人数多。该文综合描述了2016年云南主要自然灾害总体灾情,列举了部分典型事件,归纳了抗灾救灾措施,分灾种对发生特点及原因进行了初步分析,并给出了2017年综合减灾对策及建议。
