摘要
目的建立鸡矢藤药材的质量标准。方法描述鸡矢藤药材性状和显微鉴别特征;照《中国药典》(2015年版)通则0502薄层色谱法,对鸡矢藤进行薄层色谱鉴别;照《中国药典》(2015年版)通则方法,测定样品的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和浸出物;采用HPLC法测定样品中鸡矢藤苷含量。结果性状及鉴别方法专属性强,10批样品的水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物和鸡屎藤苷含量的平均值分别为11.2%,6.0%,0.2%,15.6%和0.43%。结论本研究所制定的质量标准方法简便、准确,专属性强,可应用于鸡矢藤药材的质量控制。规定鸡矢藤的水分不得过13.0%,总灰分不得过7.0%,浸出物不得少于12.0%,鸡矢藤苷含量不得少于0.3%。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Paederia foetida L. Mehtods The mophorlogical and microscopical characteristics for identification were observed, and the TLC identification and other qualities indexes determination were carried out following the methods in Pharmacopoeia of the Republic of China (2015 Edition). Content of paederoside in sample herbs was quantified using HPLC. Results The qualitative identification had strong specificity. For 10 batches of Paederia foetida L. herbs, the average moisture was 11.0 %; average total ash was 5.8 %; average insoluble ash was 0.2 %; average extractives was 15.6 %, and average paederoside content was 0.43 %. Conclusion The quality standard developed in this study was practical, accurate and reproducible for the quality control of Paederiafoetida L., which requires that in the Paederia scandens (Lour.)Merr. herb, the water content should be not more than 13 %; total ash should be not more than 7.0 %; extractives should be not less than 12.0 %, and should contain not less than 0.3 % paederoside.
