近红外漫反射光谱法快速鉴别不同厂家田七痛经胶囊的研究

Near-infrared Spectra Rapid Identification of Different Manufacturers of Pseudo-ginseng Dysmenorrhea Capsule

目的:采用近红外漫反射光谱(NIR)法建立了田七痛经胶囊的近红外一致性检验模型,该模型能快速鉴别其他不同厂家的田七痛经胶囊及成份类似药品。方法:采用傅立叶近红外漫反射光谱仪隔铝塑测采集光谱,以厂家提供的60批正品成药为标准样品建立一致性检验模型,对其他4个厂家及3批成份类似药品的近红外光谱进行验证。结果和结论:近红外漫反射光谱法可直接、无损、有效鉴别不同厂家的田七痛经胶囊,还可用于成份类似药品的快速鉴别。

Objective：A near-infrared spectrum （NIR） consistency model of pseudo-ginseng dysmenorrhea capsule is established by near-infrared spectroscopic methodology. The model can identify other pseudo-ginseng dysmenorrhea capsule from different manufacturers and counterfeit drugs. Methods： The spectrum is collected by Fuliye near-infrared spectrometer and measured through the alum/mum-plas- tic. Yunnan baiyao group incorporated corporation provided 60 batches of proprietary as the standard sample to establish consistency mod- el, and the NIR spectra of other 4 manufacturers and the 1 batches of counterfeit drugs as validation. Results ＆ Conclusion： Near-infrared spectral analysis method can identify pseudo-ginseng dysmenorrhea capsule of different manufacturers directly and losslessly, and also can be used for ranid identification of counterfeit drugs.
