应用帕累托图-层次分析法对我院住院药房退药原因的分析

Analysis of the Reasons for Drug Epercussion in Our In-hospital Pharmacy by Pareto Diagram-Analytic Hierarchy Process

目的:分析住院患者退药原因,提出相应解决对策。方法:对2014年1月至2014年12月我院住院药房退药原因进行统计,采用帕累托图和层次分析法分析退药原因。结果:退药原因影响:患者因素>医护因素>药房因素>药品因素,其中患者因素权重0.4034,医护因素为0.3732,各因素之间并非彼此独立,存在相互间交互影响。结论:加强药房退药管理,规范退药程序,加强医患沟通,强化医师的责任意识,完善药物信息系统,从而有效控制退药,保证临床用药安全。

Objective：To investigate the mistakes in the hospital pharmacy, and propose the appropriate measures to reduce drug with- drawal. Methods： The drug repercussion data in the hospital pharmacy from Jan 2014 to Sept 2014. The Pareto Diagram and Analytic Hi- erarchy Process were used to analyze the mine reasons. Results ： The order of factor for drug repercussion was patient 〉 physician 〉 phar- macy 〉 drug. The weight of patient factor was 0. 4034, and the weight of physician factor was 0. 3732. The factors are not independent of each other, there is interaction between each other. Conclusion： Strengthen the management of drug withdrawal, strengthen the doctor- patient communication, enhance service awareness. And focus on perfecting information system, to regulate drug withdrawal program, in order to guarantee the drug use safety.
