摘要
庙宇平坝地处大溪河右岸支流庙宇沟上游山间盆地内,仅靠一条人工开凿的排洪洞和天然消坑排泄洪水,过流能力不足致使每年都遭受洪涝灾害。根据庙宇平坝地形条件及防洪现状,复核现有排洪设施泄流能力,分析存在的问题,结合庙宇平坝地形条件及区内实际情况,采取整个消水洞的扩建及进口前100 m的河道支护,从而提高泄洪能力,降低庙宇平坝水位,有效减少洪水淹没历时及淹没深度。
Miaoyu Plain is located in the upstream basin of the Miaoyu Gulley.Because the flood water in the gully can be discharged by only one artificial tunnel and limited natural caves,the Plain suffers from flood every year because of insufficient flood discharge capacity.Considering the topographic situations and also the current flood control status,improvement schemes are proposed.It is suggested that the flood discharge tunnel should be enlarged and the river course before the water inlet be protected.Thus,the flood discharge capacity can be increased.The water level of the Plain,and the flood duration and depth can be effectively reduced.
