摘要
根据隔河岩水电厂同步相量测量装置(PMU)改造的相关背景及设计思路,以及PMU改造后的系统结构、基本功能及计算方法,分析了其存在的优点及不足。新PMU系统的投运,规范了发电机组及其控制系统的监测,在促进电网运行动态监视与提高电力系统运行可观测性方面发挥了重要作用。
The renovation of the phasor measurement unit(PMU) in Geheyan Hydropower Plant is introduced,including the renovation background,design ideas,system structure,main functions and calculation methods after the renovation.Advantages and disadvantages of the system are analyzed.It shows that the operation of the renovated PMU system not only standardizes the monitoring of the generator units and the control system,but also promotes the dynamic monitoring of the power grid and improves the operational observability of the power system.
