摘要
头颅移植目前已成为器官移植领域备受关注的热点。经过一个多世纪的探索,头颅移植实验的技术和方法不断提高,但仍面临着诸如免疫抑制、血管和脊髓吻合、脊髓融合、疼痛控制、缺血再灌注损伤等棘手问题。本文将对这些问题及解决方案的相关研究做一综述,为人类头颅移植的实现提供理论依据。
Head transplantation has become a hot spot in the field of organ transplantation.After more than a century of exploration,the technology and methods of head transplantation have continuously improved, but head transplantation still faces some tough problems, such as immunosuppression,vascular and spinal cord anastomosis,spinal cord fusion,pain control,ischemia reperfusion injury and so on. This paper will review the relevant research on these problems and solutions,trying to provide theoretical basis for human head transplantation.
