摘要 提出一种以电动汽车的综合性能需求为驱动,基于质量功能展开和径向基函数的动力系统参数多目标优化方法。以包含成本、工况能耗和续驶里程等的综合性能最优为目标、以动力系统部件特征参数为设计变量,建立动力系统参数多目标优化的数学模型;基于质量功能展开建立整车性能需求和技术特性指标的耦合模型,确定子目标函数的权重系数;基于Modelica建立整车性能仿真模型并构建工况仿真的径向基函数响应面模型;采用模拟退火算法进行动力系统参数的综合目标优化设计。以某款电动汽车进行实例验证,优化方案的车辆综合性能提升了6%,证明了研究方法的有效性。 A multi-objective optimization method of holistic components sizing for battery electric vehicles based on quality function deployment and radial basis functions was presented in order to improve the comprehensive performance of vehicles. With components cost, cycle energy consumption and cycle driving range as function objectives, components parameters as design variables, the multi-objective optimization method for powertrain parameters was proposed. The coupled model of the vehicle performance requirements and technical characteristics was set up based on quality function deployment, and the weight factors of sub-objective functions were build. Vehicle performance simulation model were built based on Modelica software. The response surface model of energy consumption and driving range were built based on radial basis functions and the simulated annealing was carried out to optimize the objective function. An electric vehicle was taken as an example and the simulation results showed that 6% of the vehicle comprehensive performance has improved compared with the baseline case, which proved the effectiveness of the proposed method.
