摘要 不同专业医学生的培养时间较其他学科或专业的培养时间长,且医学生所学的基础专业繁杂,课业负担较重,这也是目前医学培养存在的最大缺陷。如何让学生掌握必备的医疗技能,并发挥在真正的专业实践上,这一点是值得深思的。往往从课本上学到的知识,远不及在医院实习或见习所获得的实践经验。理论与实践的脱节,最主要的是医院实习过程会接触不同的患者和病种,需要结合多个专业区分析和判断,才能辨别具体的病情。文章认为需要在医学生的培养过程中,侧重交叉学科的培养和教育,加强临床学习和轮转,便于提高实际的分析能力,促进学科的发展和医学生的综合素质。 The cultivation of medical students from different majors has longer cultivation time comparing with other majors. Meanwhile, medical students face the complicated and overloaded basal majors and heavier schoolwork burden, which is the maximum defect in modern medical education. So it is worthy of thinking deeply that how to make students master necessary medical skills and play on the real professional practice. The knowledge study from textbook is far beyond practical experience acquired from medical practice or probation. The disconnection between theory and practice mainly reflects on that in the course of medical practice, students can be exposed to different patients and entities, which need combination with many majors to analyze and to decide to distinguish specific state of illnesses. This paper puts forward that in the cultivation of medical students, it is necessary to place particular emphasis on cultivation and education of interdiscipline, to strengthen clinical study and rotation, to improve practical analyzing ability and to promote the development of majors and comprehensive quality of medical students.
