摘要
扬中市在长期淤涨围垦过程中形成了纵横交错的港河水系,当前的水环境问题十分突出。文章重点探讨基于通信网络及信息交换平台,利用先进的传感器技术、计算机测控技术、自动化控制技术、视频监控技术、现代通信技术,数学模型技术建成一个以区域管理为中心的"先进实用、安全可靠"的水环境治理优化调度系统。围绕防汛、排涝、灌溉、水环境进行联合调度,置换内港水,最大可能根据潮汐降雨来进行自流引水,促使全市水体有序流动,有利于水资源的合理配置和优化调度,保护水环境。
The criss-cross river system has been formed in Yangzhong city in the process of long-term inning and silting. The current problems in water environmental are very serious. This article focuses on using the advanced sensor technology, measuring and monitoring technology of the computer, automation and control technology, video surveillance technology, modern communications technology and mathematics model technology to establish the"advanced practical, safe and reliable" dispatching system of the management and optimization of the urban water environment with the regional management as the core, which is based on communication network and information exchange platform. This article centers on the joint dispatching of flood prevention, drainage, irrigation and water environment and the replacement of water in the inner harbour and to the most extent carrying out the the artesian diversion according to the tide and rainfall which make the water body in the whole city flow become orderly and benefit the reasonable allocation and management and optimization of water resources to protect the water environment.
