摘要
[目的]探讨外来扰动对土壤中有效铜、锌和锰的影响。[方法]以浙江庆元百山祖自然保护区的土样为研究材料,设置3个梯度的不同外来干扰程度:无人扰动区(W)、无人—外来扰动交汇区(W-Y)和外来扰动区(Y),每个梯度取4个样。[结果]无人区W处理有效铜、锌、锰的含量在0.85 mg/kg、2.86 mg/kg、1.34 mg/kg,Y处理相对于W处理分别增幅分别254.17%、100.34%、1 577.61%;W、W-Y和Y处理中有效铜和有效锌存在差异性,W、W-Y和Y处理中存在极显著差异。[结论]在受到外在扰动后,土壤中有效铜、锌、锰的含量都随着扰动的加深都呈现上升的趋势。
[Objective] The aim was to investigate the effects of external distur- bances on available copper,zinc and manganese in soils. [Method] With the soil samples of the Qingyuan Baishanzu Nature Reserve in Zhejiang Province as research materials,three gradients of ex- ternal disturbances were set up as fol- lows:unmanned disturbance zone (W), unmanned and external disturbance join- ing zone(W-Y) and external disturbance zone (Y),and each gradient took 4 sam- ples.[Resuhs] The contents of available copper,zinc and manganese in W treat- ment were 0.85 mg/kg,2.86 mg/kg and 1.34 mg/kg, respectively, and these of Y treatment were increased by 254.17% , 100.34% and 1 577.61% respectively as compared with that of W treatment.There was a difference between the available copper and available zinc of W, W-Y and Y treatment, and these of W, W-Y and Y treatment had a very significant difference. [Conclusion] The contents of available copper,zinc and manganese in soils were increased with the deepening of disturbances after being disturbed by external disturbances.
