席夫碱基聚乙二醇(400)月桂酸酯表面活性剂在碱性锌电池中的缓蚀性能 被引量:3

摘要 为了研发一种能应用于碱性锌电池的代汞缓蚀添加剂,以解决锌电极易变形、长枝晶等问题,合成了3种席夫碱基聚乙二醇(400)月桂酸酯表面活性剂(M1、M2、M3),通过失重法、电化学技术、表面分析等方法研究了其在6 mol/L KOH电解液(饱和Zn O)中对锌电极的缓蚀效果。结果表明:缓蚀率随席夫碱基表面活性剂浓度升高而增加,室温下3种席夫碱基表面活性剂中M3缓蚀能力最强,缓蚀率最高达92.14%,缓蚀能力大小为M3>M2>M1,属于抑制阴极型缓蚀剂;表面分析揭示3种席夫碱基表面活性剂在锌电极表面上形成吸附层,其吸附符合Langmuir等温吸附模型,吸附平衡常数较大,M1、M2、M3的Kads分别为5 875.441,18 750.012,187 500.117 L/mol,适合作为碱性锌电池的缓蚀添加剂。 In order to develop a mercury substituting corrosion inhibitor additive for "alkaline zinc batteries to solve the zinc electrode problems, such as deformation, dendrite and so on, three kinds of sehiff-base surfactants with polyethylene glycol (400) laurate (M1, M2, M3) were synthesized. The corrosion inhibition effect of schiff-base surfactant on zinc electrode in 6 mol/L KOH electrolyte (saturated ZnO) was studied by weight loss method, electrochemical technique and surface analysis method. Results showed that the corrosion inhibition rate increased with the increase of the surfactant concentration. Under room temperature, the corrosion inhibition rate of M3 reached 92.14%, which was the high- est among three schiff-base surfactants. The corrosion inhibition capacity followed the order: M3 〉 M2 〉 M1, and all of them belonged to ca- thodic-type inhibitor. Surface analysis revealed that the adsorption layers of three schiff-base surfactants were formed on the surface of zinc electrode, and their adsorption conformed to the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model. Besides, the adsorption equilibrium constant was a bit large, and Kads of M1, M2 and M3 were 5 875.441 L/mol, 18 750.012 L/mol and 187 500.117 L/mol, respectively, which presented that the schiff-base surfactants with polyethylene glycol (400) laurate were suitable to be as corrosion inhibitor for alkaline zinc battery.
