摘要
高效且对环境友好的钢筋阻锈剂品种较少,环保型钢筋阻锈剂的开发及应用具有重要意义。采用锈蚀率测定、腐蚀形貌观察及腐蚀产物分析,研究了加入阻锈剂前后混凝土结构中钢筋HPB235在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:随着腐蚀时间从240 h延长到720 h,钢筋HPB235的锈蚀率逐渐增加,腐蚀逐渐加重;加入阻锈剂后,钢筋的锈蚀率降低,腐蚀减轻;腐蚀产物中有阻锈剂成分的存在,表明阻锈剂参与了钢筋表面腐蚀产物膜的形成过程,从而改善了腐蚀产物膜的性能。
The corrosion behaviors of rebar HPB235 of concrete structure in 3.5 % NaCl solution with or without inhibitor addition were investigated by corrosion rate measurement, corrosion morphology observation and corrosion products analysis. Results showed that as the corrosion time was extended from 240 h to 720 h, the corrosion rate increased gradually and the corrosion became worse. After adding inhibitor, the corrosion rate of rebar decreased and the corrosion turned slighter. Furthermore, the compositions of inhibitor were detected in corrosion products, which suggested that the inhibitor took part in the formation of corrosion products film on the rebar surface, and therefore improved the performance of corrosion products.
