摘要
企业生产管理中保证产品质量是核心内容之一,提高产品质量是保证持续经营的重要手段。零不良管理要求企业树立"零错误"思想,第一次把事情做正确,追求"十全十美",即要求在生产管理过程中需从产品出厂后检验把关方式向在生产过程中进行预防与控制的方式进行转变。本文介绍了零不良管理及零不良部分在乳品企业中的应用实践,并阐述了实施步骤以及取得的效果。
Quality assurance is one of the key ideas of production management in an enterprise and improving product quality is important for continuous business operation. The zero defect management requires enterprises to establish the idea of zero mistake, doing everything correctly at the beginning and pursuing perfection in every respect, that is, enterprises should change the past practice of quality inspection after the products leave the factory to prevention and control during the production process for production management. This article reviews practical applications of zero defect management in dairy enterprises. The implementation steps for zero defect management and the achievements made by its use are also outlined at last.
