汉景帝《令二千石修职诏》中的墨家思想

The Mohist Contained in “Imperial Edict of Commanding 2000 Dan to Perform Their Duties” Issued by Han Emperor Jingdi

汉景帝的《令二千石修职诏》不但与墨家思想高度吻合,甚至诏令中许多文句与用语都引用或化用《墨子》原文。究其缘由:一是作为先秦时期的显学,墨学在汉初仍然有重要社会影响。二是汉初统治者吸取秦王朝二世而亡的教训:一方面清静无为、与民休息;另一方面吸收墨学,强本节用,黄老与墨学并用,这在文景二帝治国之道中得到很好体现。三是汉文帝的言传身教对汉景帝也有相当影响。

＂Imperial Edict of Commanding 2000 Dan to Perform Their Duties＇ issued by Han Emperor Jingdi is highly coincident to the mohist, even its words and sentences were cited from ＂Mozi＂. There are three reasons to be uncovered： firstly, as a famous school thought in Pre-Qin Period, the Mohist still had the strong influence in society in the early Han Dynasty; secondly, learning the lessons from the downfall of Qin Dynasty, the dominators of early Han Dynasty uphold the both thoughts of Huanglao and Mohist, one part to govern people in a peace and humble way to get recovery, the other part to absorb ideas of Mohist to strengthen the fundament and save resources, which exhibited obviously in the way of running state by Han Emperor Wendi and Jingdi. Finally, the Han Emperor Wendi had the relatively influence on Han Emperor Jingdi through actions and words in the early Han Dynasty.
