摘要
利用机动输油管线信息化改造后已有的泵机组、泵站和调度中心三层架构数据采集与通信条件,实现了全线各泵站流量、压力等参数的实时采集与传输。通过充分挖掘各泵站上传的流量、压力等参数的额外价值,开发了基于可变窗长中值滤波器和扩展形态滤波器的泄漏检测综合算法,建立了实用的机动输油管线泄漏监测系统,最大限度地减少了泄漏经济损失和环境污染,并使得机动输油管线"指挥调度软件"的功能更加全面,提升了输油系统安全运行管理水平。
Based on the existing data aequisitnn and communication conditions of the pump unit, pump station and control centre three-tier architecture after the informationization of the mobile petroleum pipeline, the real-time data aequisition and communicate of the flow rate, pressure and other process parameters of the whole pipeline is achieved. By means of fully excavating the additional value of the flow rate, pressure and other process uploaded by each pump station, a leakage detection synthesis detection algorithm based on the median filter with the variable window length is developed,a practical field oil pipeline leak monitoring system is established,and the economic losses and environmental pollution of leakage is fully minimized. It makes the function of dispatching command software of mobile petroleum pipeline more comprehensive,and upgrades the safety operation management level of the mobile petroleum pipeline system.
