摘要
很多研究表明,n-3高度不饱和脂肪酸(n3-PUFA)是海洋动物,特别是其幼体生长发育所必需的营养成分,(Kanazawa et al.,1979;Levinee et al.,1984)。很多海洋微藻中含有很高浓度的n3-PUFA,因此在水产养殖中,为了提高鱼、虾幼苗的成活率,增强幼体的体质,常用微藻来强化培养轮虫和卤虫,以提高其n3-PUFA的含量(赖户明1993;Ben-Amotz et al.,1987)。
This study on the transfer of lipids and n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids from three microalgae, Isochrysis galbana 3011, Phaeodactylum tricornutum, Chlorella sp. , to Artemia silina showed that the polar lipid ratio in total lipid of the Artemia fed the microalgae (excepting Chlorella sp.,) increased, and that the neutral lipid ratio decreased; that 18:3(n-3) ,18: 4(n-3) and 20:5(n-3) levels in total fatty acids varied with that in the microalgae (excepting Chlorella sp. ) too, and that 22:6(n-3) was not accumulated in the Artemia, Perhaps because the Chlorella sp. cell wall was too thick for the Artemia to digest. The compositions of lipids and fatty acids of the animal fed the microalgae was not much changed.
