摘要
鱼类的能量主要来源于食物中的蛋白质和脂肪。氮是蛋白质结构中的主要元素,而且也是蛋白质的特征元素,其收支状况与蛋白质代谢密切相关。鱼类摄取食物中的氮,一部分被排泄,一部分被吸收。未被吸收部分以粪便形式排出,剩余部分为生长积累。
Effects of body weight and temperature on nitrogen budget for the juvenile bastard halibut, Paralichthys olivaceus, were studied at temperature 13.5 ℃ , 18 ℃,21.5 ℃ and 24 ℃ , respectively. The nitrogen intake, faecal and growth nitrogen were measured and the nitrogen excretion rates were calculated by the nitrogen budget equation ( CN = GN + FN + UN). The combined relationship between different components of nitrogen budget with respect to body weight and temperature could be described as the multiple regression equations: CN = 0.1985 W0.819.0e0.1590T; GN = 0.1985 W14229(-0.74 T3+ 41.60 T2-752.91 T +4411.56); FN= 0. 0069 W0.7832e0.1800T; UN = 0.4526 W0.5467e0.1377 T. Body weight had no significant effect on nitrogen absorption efficiency and conversion efficiency.
