摘要
随着人工宝石加工的机械化程度提高,人工宝石的交易量大幅度提升,快速大批量宝石颗粒计数的工具成为市场急需。鉴于此设计了一种基于图像的自动人工宝石计数装置,通过特殊结构的入料装置将批量的人工宝石进行分散并控制宝石数目,并采用多排多孔的滚轴提高计数效率,最后利用图像采集和处理系统对分散宝石进行批量计数,从而保证计数装置的高效性和高准确率。整个宝石计数过程自动高效完成,实验显示可以满足大批量宝石计数的需求。
With improving of artificial gem processing mechanization, the trading volume of artificial gems is significantly enhanced, which making the fast wholesale gem counting device becomes an urgent need in the market. Therefore, an automatic artificial gem counting device was designed based on image processing. The device was designed with special structure which scattered gems and controlled the number of the gems. Furthermore, the image acquisition and processing system was designed to count scattered gems, so as to ensure the high efficiency and accuracy of the counting system. The whole gem counting was accomplished automatically and efficiently, and the experiments show that it can meet the need of large quantities of gems counting.
