摘要
甘肃省庆阳市污泥处理工程近期规模为150 t/d(污泥含水率为80%),集中处理运输距离在100 km以内的一区四县的脱水污泥,采用槽式高温好氧发酵工艺,实现污泥减量化、稳定化、无害化,并逐步实现土地利用资源化。介绍了主要设计单元的工艺参数,对发酵过程产生的臭气采用生物除臭处理,对运行过程中产生的扬尘采用喷水降尘滤池处理,对发酵槽湿度进行控制,可为此类项目设计提供借鉴和参考。
The recent design capacity of Qingyang City sludge treatment project is 150 t/d (sludge moisture content :80% ). The dehydration sludge from one district and four counties within transport distance of 100 km was centralized to be treated. The high temperature aerobic fermentation trough was used to achieve sludge reduction, stabilization, harmless requirements, and reuse to land gradually. In this paper, the main design unit parameters were introduced ; the deodorization unit of the odor generated from the fermentation process was adopted; the dust produced during operation was treated via water spray dust filter so that the humidity of the fermentation tank could be controlled. This whole process above could provide reference for similar project design.
