Treatment of Wastewater from Fluorescent Penetration Liquid Production Process by Electric Fenton + Coagulation-Sedimentation + Hydrolytic Acidification + Contact Oxidation

摘要 荧光渗透液废水有机物浓度高,破乳难度大,可生化性差,属于难降解的有机废水。采用电芬顿+混凝沉淀+水解酸化+接触氧化组合工艺处理荧光渗透液废水,运行结果表明,该工艺可有效地去除废水中的COD、SS、色度以及石油类,且出水水质优于处理要求,运行费用仅为12.86元/m3。 The wastewater from fluorescent penetration liquid production process is characterized by high content of refractory organic, difficulty in demulsification and poor biodegradability. A combined process of electric Fenton, coagulation sedimentation, hydrolytic acidification, contact oxidation and coagulation was used to treat this type of wastewater. SS, chroma and oil effectively. And the treatment eration cost of the process was 12.86 yuan/m3. The results showed that the process can remove COD, effluent quality was better than requirements. The operation cost of the process was 12.86 yuan/m3.
