摘要
通过选用硅丙乳液和纳米杂化二氧化钛溶胶等组合,制得一款新型高耐沾污性水性罩面清漆,测定其耐水性、耐碱性、附着力和耐人工老化等性能,将其与未添加纳米二氧化钛杂化溶胶的水性罩面清漆进行性能对比测试.测试结果表明:纳米二氧化钛杂化溶胶和与它相溶性较好的硅丙乳液相结合,表现出良好的耐沾污性和耐候性.
A new type of highly contamination resistant water finishing varnish was prepared by the combination of silicone-acrylate emulsion and nanometer titanium dioxide hybrid sol, etc. Its water resistance, alkali resistance, adhesion and artificial ageing resistance were determined. The performances comparison between the produce and the waterborne finishing varnish without nanometer titanium dioxide hybrid sol was conducted. The result showed that good contamination resistance and weathering resistance were performed when nanometer titanium dioxide hybrid sol was mixed with easily dissolved silicone-acrylate emulsion.
