摘要
从装入配比、出钢温度、补吹次数、合金加入量、底吹供气模式、出钢口状态等方面,分析了转炉工序氮含量的影响因素。通过采取降低转炉出铜温度、减少补吹一次拉碳、合理控制合金加入量、优化底吹模式以及加强出钢口维护等方面措施,实现钢水氮含量的稳定控制,提高了转炉工序钢水氮含量控制水平。
This article analyzed the influence factors of nitrogen content in the process of converter from the aspectssuch as the ratio of load, tapping temperature, reblowing frequency, alloy addition amount, bottom blowing gas supplymode, the state of tapping hole. By reducing the tapping temperature, reduce carbon, the reasonable control alloyaddition amount, optimization model of bottom blowing and strengthen the tapping hole maintenance measures, the stablecontrol of nitrogen content in the molten steel was realized, which could increase the control level of nitrogen content inconverter process.
