非小细胞肺癌脑转移调强放射治疗和三维适形放射治疗的剂量学比较 被引量:2

Dosimetric comparison of IMRT and 3D-CRT in brain metastasis from non small cell lung cancer

摘要 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)脑转移瘤调强放射治疗(IMRT)计划和三维适形放射治疗(3D-CRT)的剂量学分布特点。方法选取2014年3月至2015年10月间在苏州大学附一院放射治疗科就诊的行3D-CRT及IMRT计划治疗的9例非小细胞肺癌脑转移患者,比较两种放射治疗计划的靶区剂量分布及重要危及器官的受照量。结果 IMRT计划与3D-CRT计划相比,靶区的均匀性、适形性及靶区覆盖率均有所提高,同时降低了晶体、眼球、视神经、中耳及腮腺的受照量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IMRT改善了靶区剂量分布,降低了重要危及器官的受照量。 Objective To explore dosimetric characteristics between intensity modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) and three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy (3D-CRT) in brain metastasis from non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Methods From March 2014 to October 2015, nine patients with brain metastasis from NSCLC who were treated with 3D-CRT or IMRT at The First Hospital Affiliated to Sooehow University were selected. Dose distribution inside the target volume and radiation doses to organs at risk were compared between the two radiotherapy regimens. Results Compared with 3D-CRT, IMRT signifi- cantly improved and homogeneity and conformity and coverage within the target area and reduced the radia- tion dose to lens, eyeball, optic nerves, middle ears and parotid ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion IMRT im- proved the dose distribution within the target area and significantly reduced the radiation dose to organs at risk.
