清宫宁方防治药物流产不全随机平行对照研究

Qinggongning Treatment of Incomplete Abortion Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察清宫宁方防治药物流产不全疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将240例门诊患者按就诊号抽签方法简单随机分为两组。对照组120例第1d上午空腹或进餐2h后,米非司酮,35mg,口服;第2d米非司酮,晨起空腹口服;第3d上午,米索前列醇,0.6mg,空腹口服,门诊观察6h。治疗组120例第3d加服清宫宁:当归20g,炙甘草6g,炙黄芪20g,赤芍10g,川芎12g,炮姜炭3g,益母草、紫花地丁、败酱草各15g、桃仁10g,水煎200m L,1剂/d,分2次服,每14d行超声检查;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、孕囊排出后阴道出血持续时间、宫腔内残余物、每日阴道出血量、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程(14d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈118例,显效1例,无效1例,总有效率99.2%;对照组痊愈104例,显效6例,无效10例,总有效率91.7%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。流产效果治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),阴道出血持续时间,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]清宫宁方防治药物流产不全,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the Qinggongning treatment of incomplete abortion effect. [Method] 240 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the random parallel control method. In the control group, 120 patients were treated with mifepristone or 35mg after oral administration of 6h or oral 2h in the morning on the first day of ld. The first 2d mifepristone was taken orally in the morning, and the other was 3d in the morning, misoprostol, 0.6mg oral cavity, oral cavity, and the clinical observation. The treatment group of 120 cases of 3d with Qinggongning： Danggui20g, Zhigancao 6g, Zhihuangqi 20g, Chishao 10g, Chaunxiong 12g, Paoganjiang 3g, Yimucao, Zihuadiding, Baijiangcao each 15g, Taoren 10g, decoction 200mL, 1 doses of/d, taking 2 times, every 14d for western medicine treatment with ultrasonography; the control group. Continuous treatment of 14d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, pregnancy sac discharge after the duration of vaginal bleeding, intrauterine residue, daily vaginal bleeding, adverse reaction. Continuous treatment of 2 courses （14d）, to determine the efficacy. [Result] in the treatment group, 118 cases were cured, markedly effective in 1 cases, ineffective in 1 cases, the total effective rate was 99.2%, the control group was cured in 104 cases, markedly effective in 6 cases, ineffective in all cases, the total effective rate was 91.7%, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Abortion effect of the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）, vaginal bleeding duration, the treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The Qingning treatment of incomplete abortion, satisfactory curative effect, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
