葛根(茶饮/鼻饲)联合西药治疗酒精中毒随机平行对照研究

Puerarin Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Alcoholism Randomized Controlled Study

[目的]观察葛根(茶饮/鼻饲)联合西药治疗酒精中毒疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将85例门诊患者按就诊顺序号简单随机分两组。对照组42例纳洛酮、维生素B_6、维生素C等。治疗组43例葛根30g,1剂/d,熬成汤药,作为茶饮;昏迷患者,可鼻饲给药;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗5d为1疗程。观测临床症状、乙醇浓度含量、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效18例,有效22例,无效3例,总有效率93.00%;对照组显效14例,有效18例,无效10例,总有效率76.19%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。乙醇浓度含量1~3h改善治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]葛根(茶饮/鼻饲)联合西药治疗酒精中毒,疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Puerarin Combined with western medicine in the treatment of alcoholism. [Method] Using random parallel control method, 85 patients were randomly divided into two groups randomly, simple control group. Naloxone in 42 cases, vitamin B6, vitamin C and so on. The treatment group of 43 cases of Pueraria 30g, 1 doses of/d, decocted into decoction, as tea; coma patients can be nasal feeding medicine; western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with 5d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. The concentration of ethanol content, continuous 2 courses of treatment, the curative effect. [Results] The treatment group was markedly effective in 18 cases, effective in 22 cases, ineffective in 3 cases, the total effective rate was 93.00%; control group markedly effective in 14 cases, effective in 18 cases, 10 cases, the total effective rate was 76.19%; the treatment group was better than the control group（P〈0.05）. The concentration of ethanol in the treatment group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Puerarin Combined with western medicine in the treatment of alcoholism, satisfactory curative effect, no serious adverse reactions, worthy of promotion.
