活血化瘀类中药注射液对凝血检验项目的干扰研究

目的应用体外干扰实验评价丹红注射液、注射用血栓通2种活血化瘀类的中药注射剂对临床凝血功能项目检测的干扰。方法收集本院未服用任何药物的健康体检者血浆样本,根据CLSI EP7-2A推荐的干扰试验方法进行体外干扰研究,分别测定凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)和凝血酶时间(TT),通过配对差异实验确定所选药物对凝血项目是否存在干扰。结果丹红注射液对PT、FIB 2个项目存在干扰;血栓通注射液对PT、APTT、FIB、TT均存在干扰。结论 2种活血化瘀类的中药注射剂对凝血功能检验项目存在不同程度的干扰。

Objective To evaluate the interference of traditional Chinese medicine injection including Danhong injection and thrombosis for injection on the detection of clinical coagulation test by in vitro disturbance experiment. Methods Plasma samples were collected from our hospital for physical examination and did not take any medications. In vitro interference studies were conducted according to the interference test method recommended by CLSI EP7-2A,the levels of prothrombin time（ PT）,activated partial thromboplastin time（ APTT）,plasma fibrinogen（ FIB） and thrombin time（ TT） were measured respectively.The pairing difference experiment was used to determine whether the selected drug had interference with the coagulation project.Results Interference was shown in PT and FIB of Danhong injection,and in PT,APTT,FIB and TT of Thrombosis for injection. Conclusion Two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injection in blood stasis type showed different degrees of interference in coagulation test items.
