杭州富阳农村地区土壤和主要农产品中硒含量分析 被引量:3

Monitoring and analysis of selenium in soil and the primary agricutural products in Fuyang district,Hangzhou

摘要 目的测定富阳农村地区土壤和主要农产品中硒的含量,了解硒的分布特征,用以打造绿色生态农业,为新型农业生产和推广提供可靠依据。方法随机采集富阳农村地区农田中土壤和主要农产品大米、茶叶、水果、蔬菜、水产品、豆腐皮各20份,用氢化物原子荧光光谱法测定硒含量。结果本批次样品农田土壤硒含量在0.113 mg/kg^0.750 mg/kg,平均值为0.376 mg/kg,对应农作物大米中硒含量在0.023 mg/kg^0.064 mg/kg,平均值为0.041 mg/kg,水产品河虾、草虾硒含量在0.217 mg/kg^0.444 mg/kg,平均值为0.291 mg/kg,豆腐皮硒含量为0.026 mg/kg^0.064 mg/kg,平均值为0.047 mg/kg,茶叶和果蔬中硒含量较低。结论富阳地区农田土壤和主要农产品中硒含量分布不平衡,需根据当地的情况,科学合理地指导富硒农产品开发,发挥富阳农产品的资源优势,保障食品安全和维护消费者健康。 Objective To know the distribution regularity of selenium in Fuyang,and create a green ecological agriculture,so as to provide reliable basis for the new agricultural production and promotion by analyzing the selenium contents in soil and the primary agricultural products from Fuyang rural areas. Methods The selenium contents in soil and the most produce of rice,tea,fruits,aquatic products,bean curd skin from Fuyang rural areas were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Results Based on the studies,the contents of selenium in soil were within 0. 113 mg/kg-0. 750 mg/kg,with the average contents of 0. 376 mg/kg; the contents of selenium in rice were within 0. 023 mg/kg-0. 064 mg/kg,and the average value was0. 041 mg/kg; the contents of selenium in bean curd skin were within 0. 026 mg/kg-0. 064 mg/kg,and the average value was0. 047 mg/kg. But the contents of selenium in tea and fruits were low. Conclusion The distribution regularity of selenium was unequal in soil and the primary agricultural products in Fuyang district,Hangzhou. A scientific and reasonable development of selenium-rich products should be worked out according to the local conditions,so as to guarantee the food safety and protect the health of the consumers.
