摘要
以南山茶籽为原料,利用溶剂提取法、液液分离、硅胶层析、高效液相半制备色谱等手段提取分离得到了一个高纯度的化合物,通过理化性质、质谱和核磁鉴定该化合物为乙酰基黄酮苷类化合物山奈酚-3-O-[α-L-鼠李糖基-(1-3)-2,4-di-O-乙酰基-α-L-鼠李糖基-(1-6)]-β-D-葡萄糖苷。运用H-H COSY、HSQC、HMBC和TOCSY等二维核磁共振(2D-NMR)技术对其~1 H和^(13) C NMR数据进行了全归属和详细解析。
A high-purity compound was extracted by solvcnt extrac- tion, liquid-liquid separation, silica gel chromatography and high performance liquid semi preparative chromatography by using seeds of Camellia semiserrata Chi. as raw materials. The compound was i dentified as kaempferol-3 0 [α I. rhamnopyranosyl (1,3)-2,4-di-O- acetyl-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl ( 1,6)]-β-D-glucopyranoside, an acetyl flavonoid glycoside, by physical and chenlical properties, mass spec trometry and nuclear magnetic resonance. Two-dimensional nuclear magnelic resonance (21) NMR) techniques including H H COSY, HSQC, HMBC and TOCSY were used to affiliate its ^1H and ^13C NMR chemical shift and explain the structure.
