摘要
采用激光共聚焦及场发射扫描电子显微镜研究了稀土Ce对取向硅钢从铸坯到初次再结晶各阶段组织以及抑制剂演变规律的影响。结果表明,加入稀土Ce可以扩大奥氏体相区,同时加入Ce还可使轧制后的组织更均匀,纤维组织较粗大,显微组织晶粒尺寸较大,抑制剂呈细小、弥散,均匀分布。
Evolution rules from slab to primary recrystallization of Ce on microstructure and inhibitors of a grain-oriented steel were studied by laser scanning confocal microscope and field emission scanning electron microscope. The results show that the Ce can enlarge the austenite phase zone and make the microstructure after rolling more uniform the fiber more thick,and the grain size is larger after annealing. In addition,inhibitors are fine and dispersed,and distributed uniformly.
