Selection and comparison of wear resistant materials for agricultural machinery

摘要 采用GX51光学显微镜、JSM-IT300扫描电镜、微机控制摆锤冲击试验机等检测设备,对进口农机深松铲材料与国内同类材料ZG65Mn钢进行对比研究。通过高精度程控热处理炉进行试验,优选ZG65Mn钢最佳热处理工艺。结果表明,ZG65Mn钢的最佳热处理工艺为840℃淬火+300℃回火,硬度可以达到37 HRC,冲击吸收能量8 J,而进口材料硬度达到50 HRC,冲击吸收能量12 J,该进口材料具有良好的强韧性配合,能够更好地适应农机深松铲的工况条件。 Imported deep-shovel material and the conventional materials of ZG65 Mn steel were studied and compared with each other by using GX51 optical metallographic microscope,JSM-IT300 scanning electron microscope and microcomputer control pendulum impact testing machine. Various heat treatment parameters of ZG65 Mn steel were selected to optimize the heat treatment processes. The results show that the optimized heat treatment process of ZG65 Mn steel quenching at 840 ℃ and tempering at 300 ℃,the hardness of imported deep-shovel material is 37 HRC,the impact toughness is 8 J. According to the result,this imported steel has best comprehensive mechanical properties and thus can meet the requirement of deep pine shovel.
