Microstructure and magnetic properties of FeCo soft magnetic alloy after heat treatment

摘要 研究了氢气热处理对FeCo-2V软磁合金磁性能和相结构的影响以及合金在不同温度环境下的磁性能变化。结果表明:经氢气热处理后,合金平均晶粒尺寸增大至近200μm,α相含量增多,磁畴平均厚度增加了一倍左右,达到2μm;经开路和闭路磁性能测试,合金各项软磁性能均大幅提高;合金在-70~180℃的温度环境下,其Ms仅下降1%,而初始磁导率则有大幅提高,此外合金在极端温度环境下,仍具有较好的温度稳定性。 Effect of hydrogen heat treatment on the magnetic properties and phase structure of FeCo-2V soft magnetic alloys and the changes of the magnetic properties of the alloys under different temperature conditions was studied. The results show that average grain size of the alloy is increased to 200 μm, alpha phase content increases, the average thickness of the magnetic domain increases about one times, up to 2 μm after hydrogen heat treatment; The soft magnetic properties of the alloy are greatly improved by the open circuit and closed circuit magnetic measurement. In the temperature environment of -70-180 ℃, the Ms decreases by 1% , and the initial permeability increases significantly. In addition, the alloy still has good temperature stability in the extreme temperature environment.
