固溶处理对挤压铸造铝铜合金组织与性能的影响 被引量:1

Effect of solution treatment on microstructure and properties of squeeze cast Al-Cu alloy

摘要 采用示差扫描量热分析(DSC)、布氏硬度、光学显微镜等方法研究了固溶处理对挤压铸造高强韧铝铜合金组织与性能的影响规律。结果表明:随着固溶时间的增加,硬度逐渐升高,在固溶3~5 h后达到峰值。50 MPa挤压力下,合金未固溶处理的硬度为44.8 HRB,固溶5 h时效5 h后合金的硬度为71.7 HRB,比前者增加了60%。50 MPa挤压力下,T4固溶处理后合金显微组织中主要形成尺寸均匀且细小的等轴α(Al)晶粒,并出现较多数量的弥散相。 Effect of solution treatment on the microstructure and properties of squeeze casting Al-Cu alloy was studied by means of DSC thermal analysis,Brinell hardness test,optical microscope and other methods. The results show that with the increase of solution time,the hardness increases gradually,and reaches its peak value after solid solution for 3-5 h. Under 50 MPa extrusion pressure,the hardness of the alloy is 44. 8 HRB without solution treatment and 71. 7 HRB when aged for about 5 h after about 5 h solution treatment,respectively;that is,the latter is increased by 60% compared with the former. After T4 solid solution treatment under 50 MPa extrusion pressure,the microstructure of alloy is consisted of fine equiaxed α( Al) grains with uniform size,and a relatively large amount of dispersed phase.
