时效制度对7A04铝合金铸造固溶处理板性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 采用万能力学试验机、硬度计、电导率仪和透射电镜等手段,研究了单、双级时效制度对7A04铝合金铸造固溶处理板的力学性能、硬度、电导率和显微组织的影响。结果表明:通过建立两级时效温度与力学性能的三维坐标系,确定了双级峰值时效温度为120℃和160℃。与常规120℃/24 h单级峰值时效制度相比,采用120℃/1 h+160℃/1 h双级峰值时效制度,不仅力学性能相当,而且具有良好的抗应力腐蚀性能,热处理时间明显缩短,提高了生产效率,节省运行成本。 The effects of single aging process and two-stage aging process on mechanical property, hardness, conductivity, and microstructure of solution treated 7A04 aluminum alloy cast plate were investigated by means of tensile test,sclerometer,conductivity meter and TEM. The results indicate that two stages aging temperature are identified as 120 ℃ and 160 ℃ via establishing a three-dimensional coordinate system of two stage aging temperature and mechanical properties;comparing to the aging process of 120 ℃ for 24 h,the aging process of 120 ℃ for 1 h + 160 ℃ for 1 h can not only obtain high tensile strength close to the former,but also obtain the excellent resistance to stress corrosion. Thus,the heat treatment time is significantly shortened,the production efficiency is improved and the operating cost is saved.
