摘要
齿轮在渗碳淬火回火后发现沿齿轮圆周方向5个齿面出现较大裂纹。本文从化学成分、硬度、显微组织、非金属夹杂、微观形貌及裂纹断口形貌等多方面对开裂的齿轮进行全面分析。结果表明,齿轮的材质、硬度、显微组织、有效硬化层深度均符合技术要求,分析中发现原材料中局部存在大量的硫化物夹杂(Mn,Fe)S,在锻造过程中造成开裂。以后需加强原材料的检验力度,避免出现不必要的损失。
Crack cause of a failed gear tooth surface was investigated through test or analysis of the crack morphology,chemical composition,hardness,microstructure and non-metallic inclusions. The results show that the chemical composition,hardness,microstructure and effective case depth meet the requirements,the existence of a lot of non-metallic inclusions( Mn,Fe) S is the main reason to cause the gear crack in the forging process. It is necessary to carefully control the quality of the raw material in order to minimize the losses.
