摘要 针对真空退火炉在工业自动化过程中的广泛应用,以某套真空退火炉为控制对象,提出了一种基于欧姆龙CJ2M-CPU31、先进温控仪与工业以太网相结合的退火炉控制系统。结果表明,智能仪表所带的自整定PID模块实现了对不同温区的控制。在VS2010、SQL 2008、Crystal Reports 2008的基础上利用C#自主开发上位监控软件,实现了现场工况的监控、数据存储、报表打印和曲线显示等功能。采用SYSMAC Compolet+Finsgateway与CJ2M-CPU31进行以太网通讯,与其他仪表采用MODBUS协议通讯。本文设计的真空退火炉控制系统具有稳定性好、适用性强、控制精度高、操作简易等优点。 Aiming at the wide application of vacuum annealing furnace in the process of industry automation,an annealing furnace control system for vacuum annealing furnace was put forward based on OMRON CJ2M-CPU31,advanced temperature controller and combined industrial ethernet. The results show that the intelligent instrument with self-tuning PID module controls the temperature in different temperature regions. C# is used to develope the upper monitoring computer software based on VS2010,SQL 2008,Crystal Reports 2008,which is used in order to achieve site condition monitoring,data storage,report printing,trend curve displaying and other functions. Ethernet communication with CJ2M-CPU31 was realized by adopting SYSMAC Compolet + Finsgateway,and that with other instruments by adopting MODBUS protocol communication. The vacuum annealing furnace control system so designed in this paper has the advantages of good stability,strong applicability,high control precision and simple operation and so on.
