加拿大百年理工学院促进教师专业发展的策略与启示 被引量:1

摘要 加拿大职业教育一直走在世界前列,百年理工学院作为加拿大职业教育的一所具有代表性的高等院校,在促进教师专业发展方面的模式与策略给予我们很大启示。主要包括:政府专门化管理与学校自治相结合;入职标准与聘用标准相衔接;个体需求与学校需求相协调;提升教师实践技能与教师担任多重角色相补充;自我反思与实践效果相印证;个人自主发展与学习合作共同体促进相融合。
