There exits the shortage of water resources, quality and engineering and the serious situation of groundwater overdraft. Groundwater exploitation, and the groundwater replaced by the Yangtze River,the Yellow River and recycled water is a project for the benefit of the people, which can protect local water resources for sustainable use.
