本文以宁波动物园老虎伤人事件为背景,基于常识,通过澄清八个关于规则意识的认识误区,揭示规则意识对于自由、法治的重要意义。自由生活内在具有规则与规则意识。规则及其监管漏洞、他人不守规则、贫穷等,均不能成为违反规则的合理理由。

Under the background of the event of Ningbo Zoo tiger attack, based upon common sense,through clarifying the eight misunderstandings of the rule consciousness, this article reveals the importance of the rule consciousness to liberty and rule of law. Rules and rule consciousness intrinsically exist in a free life. Anything like rules and supervision loopholes, others' violation of rules, poverty, etc., can never be a reasonable excuse for violating rules.
