摘要
乡土意识是指个体基于自身经验对乡土文化自觉、能动的反映,具体表现为乡土感知意识、文化坚守意识、朴实求真意识和同乡凝聚意识。它是农村教师保存教育本真价值的重要依靠,也是新农村建设的力量支撑。受城镇化和多元文化影响,农村教师乡土经验感知趋于模糊,乡土文化情结有所动摇,乡土教学意蕴相对弱化,师生乡土纽带作用虚化。通过自我审视、中正态度、求真求实、复归人师等措施来促其乡土意识的养成与深化。
Local consciousness is individuals' autonomy and activeness in responding to the local culture based on their personal experiences, which manifest in the consciousness of local perception, consciousness of local culture maintenance, consciousness of simplicity and truth, and consciousness of fellow coherence. It is the vital crutch for rural teachers to maintian the nature of education, and it is also the support force for constructing new countryside. Under the influence of urbanization and diversified cultures, rural teachers' perception of local experience gets blurred, and their local culture complex becomes faltered. The sinificance of local cultural teaching is relatively diminished, and the function of the bond between teachers and students is weakened. In order to cultivate and develop local consciousness, rural teachers should examine themselves, modify their attitudes towards local culture, seek truth from facts, and resume their role of a paragon of virtue and learning.
