民国时期乡村师范教育实践探析

An Exploration into the Teacher Education in Rural Areas in the Republic of China Era

自清末新政以来,我国便开启了教育现代化的征程。可以说,没有乡村教育的现代化,就没有中国教育的现代化。而乡村教育在向教育现代化迈进的过程中,乡村师范教育功不可没。探究历史发端的根源,了解民国时期乡村师范教育发展概况,通过对师范教育下乡、乡村师范学校筹办以及师范学校招生情况的描摹,还原乡村师范教育早期面貌,以期实现对当下农村教师重要性以及农村教师问题的历史性解读。

Since the New policies in the late Qing Dynasty, our country has started the modernization of education. Actually, without the modernization of rural education, there would be no modernization of Chinese education. The contribution of teacher education in rural areas to our country＇s education modernization cannot be left unrecognized. In tracing the historical origin and development of teacher education in rural areas in the Republic of China era, this paper reveals the early state of rural education through depicting the introduction of teacher education to rural areas, the construction of rural teachers＇ schools and the enrollment of students, the purpose of which is making a historical interpretation of the importance of rural teachers and the related issues.
