血清肿瘤标志物联合检测在肺癌诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用分析

Combined Detection of Serum Tumor Markers in Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Lung Cancer

目的:探讨血清肿瘤标志物联合检测在肺癌的诊断和鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取病理确诊为肺癌的患者90例为肺癌组,肺良性病变者90例为良性病变组,并选取同期在我院接受健康体检的正常人群90例为对照组,分别检测各组受试者的血清CEA、CA125、CYFRA21-1、NSE的水平。结果:肺癌组的四项血清标志物水平联合检测均高于肺良性病变组和对照组(P<0.05),肺良性病变组与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);四项血清肿瘤标志物单项检测敏感度中,CA125的敏感性和准确度相对较低,但其特异度较高。结论:四项血清肿瘤标志物联合检测对于肺癌的诊断有重要意义,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective： To investigate the clinical value of combined detection of serum tumor marker in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods： 90 cases of lung cancer patients who were pathologically confirmed were included in lung cancer （LC） group, 90 cases of benign lung lesions were in benign lesions （BL） group, while 90 cases of healthy people who accepted health cheek-up in our hospital at the same peroid were in control group, and detected their levels of serum CEA, CA125, CYFRA21-1 and NSE. Results： In combined detection, the levels of four markers in LC group were higher than those of BL and control group （P〈0.05）, while there was no statistical difference between BL group and con- trol group （P〉0.05）; in single detections for sensitivity of those four markers, the sensitivity and accuracy of CA125 were relatively low, but its speci- ficity was high. Conelusiun： The combined detection of the four serum tumor markers has important significance to the diagnosis of lung cancer, which has a high clinical application value.
