推拿联合侧隐窝注药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究进展

推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症在临床中应用较为广泛,但对急性发作且伴有下肢疼痛剧烈的患者不能立刻给以手法治疗,此时应用侧隐窝技术可以迅速止痛,为手法的实施创造条件,二者结合不仅可缩短治疗时间,还提高了治疗效率,推拿联合侧隐窝注射疗法是值得推广的一个临床路径。

Massage is widely used in clinical treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, but for the acute attacked patients who accompanied with severe pain in lower extremities, manipulative treatment cannot be used immediately, at this point the application of lateral recess injection can quickly relieve pain and create conditions for the implementation of manipulation, while their combination can not only shorten the course of treat- ment, but also improve the therapeutic efficiency, which is a kind of clinical pathway that deserves promotion.
