中国的星级饭店评审制度提升了旅游饭店的管理水平。随着住宿业的快速发展,星级酒店评审制度也遇到许多问题,期望从欧洲酒店发展和其星级评定的现状分析得到启发。研究从介绍HOTREC协会和欧洲酒店星级联盟开始,摘录其星级标准划分的21项基本原则,并以奥地利、法国、德国、瑞士、英国5个国家为例介绍其星级酒店制度的现状,最后提出建议:整体策划以提升星级制度在行业的吸引力,引导星级酒店向特色化发展,优化评审流程以提升可信度。

In China, star hotel assessment system has enhanced tourist hotel management. With the rapid development of the lodging industry, hotel star classification system encountered problems. We expect to get enlightenment from European hotel development and its star ratings analysis. From the introduction of HOTREC and Hotelstars Union, the paper excerpts 21 basic principles of its star division, and from Austria, France, Germany, Switzerland, Britain five countries the paper introduced its Star Classification System, concluded with recommendations that the overall plan to enhance the attractiveness of star classifica- tion system in the industry, to guide star hotel characteristic development, and optimize the review process to enhance credibility.
