垫料添加微生物菌剂对鸡粪舍内外堆肥技术影响的研究 被引量:2

Influence of Padding Added with Microbial Inoculants on Composting Technology of Chicken Manure in Both Inside and Outside of Broiler Houses

摘要 针对网上养鸡-网下鸡粪发酵的养殖模式,开展了舍内外相结合的堆肥发酵技术研究。堆肥方式分为分别添加洛东酵素(CNK组)和EM菌液(CEM组)两种微生物菌剂的试验组和不添加微生物菌剂的对照组(CK)。分别测定了堆肥过程中的温度、含水率、p H值、种子发芽指数和养分。结果表明:CNK组、CEM组和对照组堆肥产品中氮磷钾总含量分别为5.12%、5.18%和4.48%,有机碳含量分别为19.75%、20.56%和24.63%,其种子发芽指数分别为92.53%、90.69%和80.37%,而且3组堆肥处理均能满足我国《粪便无害化卫生标准(GB7959—87)》要求,但对照组灭菌效果不及试验组。同时表明,添加微生物菌剂的鸡粪舍内-舍外相结合的堆肥技术,不仅对鸡群的生产性能及血液指标影响不大,也有益于堆肥产品的腐熟,因此该技术具有一定的应用价值。 Based on the breeding mode of rearing chicken on the net and chicken manure fermented under the net,the composting technology was studied combining inside with outside of broiler houses. The composting ways included two experimental groups,one added with Laudon ferment( CNK group) and the other added with EM bacterial solution( CEM group),and the control group( CK group). Then the temperature,moisture content,p H value,seed germination index and nutrients during the composting were measured. The results showed that in the composting product of CNK,CEM and CK group,the total content of nitrogen,phosphorus and kalium was 5. 12%,5. 18% and 4. 48%,the organic carbon content was 19. 75%,20. 56% and 24. 63%,the seed germination index was 92. 53%,90. 69% and 80. 37%,respectively,which had been up to the national standard of 《Hygienic Requirements for Harmless Disposal of Night Soil( GB7959-87) 》.The sterilizing effect of CK group was lower than that of experimental groups. The composting technology had less effect on production performance and blood indexes of broilers,and was beneficial to maturity of compos-ting products. Hence,the composting technology would have some application values.
