摘要
针对核反应堆压力容器接管与安全端的对接焊缝,采用全位置窄间隙TIG焊接工艺。通过对工艺参数的匹配试验,得到满足镍基合金全位置焊接的工艺规范;通过对距边量的调控和焊道排布的选择,改善了不同焊接位置焊缝成形的差距。对试件焊缝进行的无损探伤和破坏性试验得到的检测结果表明各项指标均满足核电产品相关技术条件的要求。
The butt welding between a PRV nozzle and safety end is performed bv the metros of all-position narrow-gap TIG welding technique. Some test wehting were carried out to set up proper welding parameters for all-posilion welding on nickelbased alloy materials. The adjustment of side distance and the reasonable arrangement of weld passes can reduce the diffeterce in weld formation at different welding positions. The results of both nondestructive test aml destructive test on the welds show that all technical data meet the requirement specified in applicable technical specifications of nuclear power equipment.
