油菜高光效育种的思路、方法与选育效果 被引量:11

摘要 "高光效+杂种优势"是提高油菜产量水平的有效途径,也是新时期油菜高产育种的重要内容,针对油菜光合特性复杂,研究难度大,高光效育种尚处于起步阶段的研究现状,在分析油菜光合效率较低、影响产量水平提高、开展油菜高光效育种的难点等基础上,结合多年油菜光合生理研究和高光效育种工作经验,从油菜高光效育种的总体思路、油菜高光效种质的筛选及创建途径、油菜高光效杂交种的选育标准和方法等几个方面对油菜高光效育种进行探讨,以期推动油菜高光效育种研究工作的发展。 High photosynthetic efficiency combined with heterosis is the efficient pathway to improve yield level of rapeseed and also the important content of rapeseed breeding in new period.This paper is in view of the research status that the photosynthetic traits of rapeseed are complex,the research is difficult and the study of high photosynthetic efficiency breeding is still in its infancy.On the basis of analyzing the research status of low photosynthetic efficiency in rapeseed and the difficulty of high photosynthetic efficiency breeding,it was been discussed in this paper that the thoughts and methods of the general idea of high photosynthetic efficiency breeding of rapeseed,the ways and indicators system of screening and creating high photosynthetic efficiency germplasm resources and the breeding standard on high photosynthetic efficiency hybrid of rapeseed,according to the photosynthetic physiology research of rape and high photosynthetic efficiency breeding experience of our research team for many years.
