Study on Railway Industry Standards for Section Insulator Used in Electrified Railway Overhead Contact System

在说明TB/T 3036—2016《电气化铁路接触网用分段绝缘器》修订背景、修订原则的基础上,对标准中术语定义、型号表示方法、工作条件和关键技术参数的确定等进行介绍。重点分析分段绝缘器的静态机械特性和电气特性。从弓网相互作用关系的角度出发,指出在选用分段绝缘器时,还应当关注其动态稳定性和受流特性,而这些性能参数在分段绝缘器标准中并没有得到体现。

By specifying the background and principle for revising the TB/T 3036—2016 Section Insulator Used in Electrified Railway Overhead Contact System,the article introduces the terminology definitions,model designation methods,service conditions and key technical parameter determination,etc. for the standard. It mainly analyses the static mechanical and electrical characteristics of section insulators. Based on the interactive relationship of pantograph-catenary,it indicates that when selecting a section insulator,it shall also pay attention to its dynamic stability and current collecting performance. However,these performance parameters are not reflected in the section insula-tor standard.
